What happened
Samsara launched Driver Perks in the United States on Sept. 10, 2026. Eligible professional drivers in Samsara customer organizations can access offers and discounts from more than 50 brands across automotive and travel, food and beverage, wellness, fitness, learning, clothing and home categories. The program is free to eligible drivers and costs participating fleets nothing; it does not automatically include every U.S. driver.
What drivers should do
Eligible drivers can enter through the Samsara Driver App or a direct link or QR code provided by their organization, then redeem an offer directly with the participating brand. Each brand controls its own eligibility, exclusions, expiration and redemption terms. Samsara projects that a representative set of offers could provide up to $350 in annual savings, but explicitly says individual savings vary. Compare the discounted final price—including taxes, subscriptions, renewal rates, cancellation terms, travel distance and time—with the price you would otherwise pay; a discount is useful only when it lowers a planned expense.
Why this matters to our community
Drivers should obtain the access link from dispatch, HR or another verified company contact and confirm that it leads to an official Samsara or participating-brand page. Do not pay an activation fee, share an ELD password, provide a verification code or install an unknown app to claim a perk. Small carriers using Samsara can tell drivers how to access the program without presenting it as wages, guaranteed savings or a replacement for existing compensation. Useful English terms include eligible driver, participating brand, offer terms, redemption, expiration date, subscription renewal, annual savings and no cost to the fleet.
